Orders
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status under My Orders in your account.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.
My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please check with neighbours and building reception first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number.

Are Lamir fragrances genuine Eau de Parfum?
Yes. All three fragrances — Majd, Aiza, and Naeem — are 100ml Eau de Parfum with a high fragrance concentration designed for long wear.
How long does the fragrance last?
Majd lasts 8–10 hours, Aiza 10–12 hours, and Naeem 12+ hours, depending on skin type and application.
Where should I apply the fragrance?
Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind the ears. These warm areas help the scent develop and project naturally.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a perfume I don’t like?
We cannot accept returns on opened bottles. We recommend reading the fragrance notes carefully before purchasing.
My bottle arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Account & Gifting
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for future purchases.
Can I send a Lamir fragrance as a gift?
Yes. All our bottles come in gift-ready packaging. We also offer gift cards if you’d like the recipient to choose their own fragrance.
