Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy
Shipping

Returns
Due to the nature of perfume as a personal care product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or
used bottles.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund for all verified damaged or incorrect orders.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on unopened, sealed bottles within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its
original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@lamirperfumes.com with your order number and reason for
exchange.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Gift orders
Gift orders follow the same returns and exchange policy. We recommend checking fragrance notes
carefully before gifting.
