Payment & Cancellation Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

We accept payments via [PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Tabby / Tamara — confirm which apply].

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. Lamir does not store your card details.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is successful. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us
immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery in
accordance with our Returns Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Lamir is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please check your card details and try again, or
contact your bank. No amount is charged for failed transactions.
